CRM stands for Customer Resource Management. These softwares can be used to build strong relationships with customers. CRM softwares are used by both Big and Small companies to keep track of their customers and to check if they are meeting their needs.
CRM is by far the best way to do this, and it can help a company to build a great customer base that remains loyal even when other brands are offered or prices increases. CRM softwares will ease human work very much. These softwares help the company to understand in which areas it has to improve so that it can get more customers.
I guess for global companies it would be very difficult to manage their customers without using CRM softwares.

Posted in BMP, GIF, Image File Formats, JPEG, PNG at 3:14 am by admin
There are many differences between JPEG, BMP and GIF files which many people may not know. These are the different image formats that we usually see in our computers. The BMP format is the windows default image format. It is called bitmap image. BMP images are really very large in size. Sometimes I even got files of 1GB size when I save my scanned images in BMP format. Here the image is not compressed.
For the web I prefer not to use BMP format. I feel JPEG would be a good choice. JPEG stands for Joint Photographic Experts Group. Technically speaking, it’s not an image format. It’s an image-compression standard. It uses a lossy compression algorithm to compress your images. Many types of software will give you an option to choose the amount of compression you wish.
GIF format was mostly used on the web. It’s great for clipart, diagrams and charts. Basically graphics that only have a small number of colors in them. So it’s better to use GIF format for those files.
PNG is the other format that is used very much these days. It stands for Portable Network Graphics. Unlike the JPG format that loses quality each time it’s saved, the PNG compression is lossLESS.

Even the novice users can use it without much difficulty. The support to RAR and BZ2 file decompression has chiefly been added in new edition of WinZip. It supports compression encryption.
The new edition has been boosted up compression capability of various file, especially wav audio file. It uses a 256-bit AES encryption. AES is the “Advanced Encryption Standard” established by American government, which mainly used in the encryption of safe sensitive but non-confidential file.
